# Prefer Agency Pricing and Client Management

> Run all client accounts from one dashboard with Prefer's agency track. Pay per active client, get unlimited seats, white-label reports, and 10 free pitch audits per month.

Prefer's agency track is built for marketing agencies that manage AI search visibility for multiple clients. You get a single console, unlimited team seats, white-label reports, and consolidated billing. You only pay for the clients you are actively managing.

## Agency plans

Agency pricing is monthly only; there is no annual agency plan. The agency track is set up with the Prefer team rather than bought online.

### Agency Base

The base plan gives you everything you need to run your agency from one place:

* All clients in one dashboard
* Unlimited team seats
* White-label reports (no per-report fees)
* Consolidated billing
* 10 free pitch audits per month to win new business

### Per Active Client

Each active client gets a full Growth workspace:

* 150 tracked prompts
* All 5 engines, on every plan
* 25 AI articles per month
* Prioritized action engine
* 10 competitors tracked
* Slack alerts

### Agency Enterprise

For agencies running 10 or more clients, Agency Enterprise adds:

* Volume per-client pricing
* White-glove off-page resale
* Dedicated agency partner
* SSO/SAML and role-based access
* Full API + MCP access
* Priority SLA support

## How agency pricing works

Prefer uses four simple principles for agency billing:

1. **Pay per active client.** Add a client and pay one flat fee. Pause a client and you stop paying for that client.
2. **Seats are always unlimited.** Invite your whole team at no extra cost.
3. **White-label is included.** Generate and send branded reports without per-report fees.
4. **Free pitch audits.** Run up to 10 prospect audits per month to win new clients before they pay.

## Worked example

If you manage 8 active clients, your monthly cost is:

* Agency Base: \$99
* 8 active clients: 8 × \$299 = \$2,392
* **Total: \$2,491 per month**

Pause one client and your bill drops by \$299 the next cycle.

## Add a client workspace

    Log in to your Prefer agency workspace and go to the client list.

    Click **Add client** and enter the client name and website.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure tracking">
    Set the client's tracked prompts, competitors, and engines. The new workspace inherits Growth limits automatically.

  <Step title="Invite the client (optional)">
    Send a client invite if you want them to view their own dashboard. You control what they can see.

## Pause a client

    In the agency console, locate the client you want to pause.

  <Step title="Pause the workspace">
    Open the client menu and select **Pause workspace**. Tracking stops immediately and billing for that client ends with the current cycle.

  <Step title="Resume anytime">
    Select **Resume workspace** when you are ready to reactivate. All historical data and settings are preserved.

  Pausing a client stops tracking and alerts for that workspace, but your data is retained. You can resume without reconfiguring prompts or competitors.
