# AI Answer Engines Prefer Measures Across Plans

> The full list of AI engines Prefer tracks, which plans include each one, and how per-engine views work in the Overview and Prompts dashboards.

Prefer measures your brand's presence across every major AI answer engine. This page lists the engines, notes which plans include which set, and explains how per-engine slices work across the app.

## The engine set

| Engine | Included on |
| - | - |
| ChatGPT | Every plan |
| Gemini | Every plan |
| Perplexity | Every plan |
| Google AI Overviews | Every plan |
| Google AI Mode | Every plan |
| Qwen | Enterprise only (API model) |
| DeepSeek | Enterprise only (API model) |
| Claude Sonnet 4 | Enterprise only (API model) |

Every self-serve plan (Starter, Growth, Scale) includes the same five engines. The tiers differ on volume (tracked prompts, articles, competitors, projects, seats), never on which engines you get. Enterprise can add three API-based models on top.

## How Prefer queries each engine

For every prompt in a tracking run, Prefer sends the query to each enabled engine, waits for the full answer, and stores:

* The complete answer text.
* Every brand named in the answer, in order of appearance.
* Every URL cited by the engine.
* A sentiment polarity per brand mention.

That gives every metric a per-engine breakdown for free.

## Where you see per-engine views

* **Overview**: the Platform performance heatmap shows Visibility, Share of Voice, and Citation Share per engine, side by side.
* **Prompts**: each prompt detail page filters answers by engine and lets you read the exact response from each one.
* **Competitors**: the Compare tab and Sources tab both split by engine, so you can see which engines favor a competitor and which cite you.
* **Filter Bar**: on any Monitor page, pick a single engine to narrow every metric on the page to that model.

<Tip>
  Deltas on any metric are computed per engine as well as blended. That means you can catch a regression on ChatGPT even when your blended Visibility is flat.
