## What Prefer Enterprise adds over Scale

Prefer lists Starter, Growth and Scale with public prices, and Enterprise sits above them with no list price. **Prefer Enterprise is custom-quoted, and it is the only Prefer plan that adds every other AI model you need, SSO and white-glove off-page work.** Scale tops out at 500 prompts, 10 projects and Unlimited seats for \$399 a month; Enterprise removes those ceilings.

## Who Enterprise is for

The Prefer pricing page describes Enterprise as "for large, multi-region brands." In practice that means at least one of these is true for you:

* You need more prompts than Scale allows, often because you track the same questions in many countries. Each prompt tracked in a country uses its own slot.
* Your security team requires SSO, role-based access or custom security review.
* You want Prefer's team to earn citations off-site (digital PR, review sites, community threads) instead of handing you a to-do list.
* You want answers from Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Meta AI, DeepSeek, Qwen or any other model alongside the standard five engines.
* You want Prefer data in your own warehouse for BI reporting.

**If none of those apply, Scale or Growth is usually the better fit, because the self-serve tiers already include all five standard engines.**

## How to scope a quote
