Prefer white-label removes its branding from reports, the client view and emails, on the agency track and Scale. Custom domains on Enterprise. Yes. Prefer offers full white-label on the agency track (\$99/mo base plus \$299/mo per client) and on the Scale plan: reports, the client's view of the app and report emails carry your logo and colours, with Prefer's branding removed. A custom domain comes with the Enterprise tiers. *Last updated 3 October 2026* ## What Prefer white-labels **Prefer white-label removes Prefer's branding from everything your client sees: the reports, their view of the app and the report emails.** Your logo and colours take its place. It costs a flat base fee of \$99 a month plus a charge per active client, and white-label reporting sits inside the base, next to the other agency features: * All clients in one dashboard. * Unlimited team seats. * White-label reports, with no per-report fees. * Consolidated billing, one invoice instead of one subscription per client. * 10 free pitch audits / month, to win new business before a client pays. The agency track is set up with the Prefer team rather than bought online. ## What the report contains A white-label report draws on the same data each client workspace collects. Each active client gets a full Growth-level workspace, so the numbers come from that client's own tracked prompts, competitors and engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. The report uses the 5 metrics Prefer reports everywhere: Visibility Score, Share of Voice, Citation Share, Avg Position and Sentiment, across all 5 engines. **Because every client workspace runs on the same engines and metric definitions, a report for one client is directly comparable with a report for another.** That matters when you present a portfolio view to a leadership team, or when a client asks how they stack up. ## 2 ways to put data in front of clients 1. **Send a branded report.** Generate it from the agency console as a PDF, share link, CSV or slides, or schedule report emails to go out under your agency's name. 2. **Give the client a login.** Invite them into the app to view their own dashboard and choose what they can see. Seats are unlimited, so this never changes your bill. Many agencies use both: the report for the monthly review, the login for the client who likes to check in between. ## White-label on the brand plans **On the brand track, Prefer's Scale plan includes white-labelled reports, and Enterprise adds a custom domain.** Starter and Growth handle reporting through exports: the [integrations docs](/docs/account/integrations) say Growth and above can export dashboards, reports and raw metrics as CSV or PDF, and Growth includes API and MCP access if you want to build reports in your own tools.
