Starter, Growth and Scale cover the five core engines. Yes. Prefer tracks Claude on Enterprise, a custom plan that covers every AI model you need on top of the core engines. Starter, Growth and Scale cover ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Perplexity; Claude is not sold as a self-serve add-on today. *Last updated 3 October 2026* ## Prefer tracks Claude on Enterprise Prefer tracks Claude on Prefer Enterprise. Enterprise is a custom solution: on top of the five engines every plan gets, it covers every other AI model you need, such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Meta AI, DeepSeek and Qwen, scoped into your contract. Starter, Growth and Scale cover the five core engines. **If Claude matters to your buyers, Prefer Enterprise tracks it with the same per-engine metrics as every other model.** The self-serve tiers share one engine set (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode) and differ only on volume. It also cited no Reddit thread in 240 answers, while Perplexity cited Reddit in 98. So a Reddit-led plan that moves Perplexity can leave Claude untouched. Claude also leaned on vendors' own pages for 36% of its citations in July. That makes your own product and pricing pages a direct lever on Claude. Both studies ran through a data provider's API with web search requested, and the Claude model differed between them (claude-sonnet-4-5 in July, claude-sonnet-5 in September). Read them as direction, not as a forecast of your own numbers. ## What to do on a self-serve plan 1. **Track the five engines you have.** Every Prefer plan includes ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, each with its own row in the Overview heatmap. 2. **Spot-check Claude by hand.** Pick your 10 to 20 most important buyer questions. Ask Claude each one with web search on, then log who it names and what it cites. 3. **Check Claude's crawler can reach you.** Claude-SearchBot fetches pages for Claude's search answers. Enterprise is scoped per contract, so the Claude model, like every other model on the plan, is agreed when you set it up. Book a demo to scope it. Not today. Prefer lists an extra-model add-on on its pricing data, but it is not purchasable, and the docs say more capacity on a brand plan means moving up a tier. Claude comes with Prefer Enterprise. Prefer's self-serve plans cannot do it for you, so do it by hand. Ask Claude your top 10 to 20 buyer questions with web search on, note whether it names you, and note which sites it cites.
