Prefer includes 30 tracked prompts on Starter, 150 on Growth and 500 on Scale; Enterprise is custom. The trial caps prompts at 30. Each prompt covers all five engines in one country, and at the limit Prefer asks you to upgrade, with no overage. *Last updated 3 October 2026* ## The allowance on each plan Prefer sets one tracked-prompt allowance per plan, pooled across your workspace. It is the main thing that changes as you move up a tier. That is a sensible first set, and it fits inside the trial cap. 2. **Multiply by markets.** If you sell in two countries and want every prompt in both, double the count. 3. **Leave room to swap.** You will replace prompts that never surface any brand. A little headroom saves an upgrade. 4. **Pick the tier that covers the total.** If your count falls between tiers, start lower and move up when the blocks start. **At the limit, Prefer blocks the action and asks you to upgrade; it never bills overage.** You cannot overspend by accident. On brand plans, extra capacity means moving up a tier. Upgrades apply right away. ## What the numbers mean in practice Prefer's pricing page describes who each tier is for. Starter's 30 prompts are the entry plan for solo marketers getting started. Growth's 150 are aimed at mid-market marketing teams. Scale's 500 are for brands and teams tracking many prompts and markets. Prefer adds capacity by moving you up a tier, from Starter to Growth to Scale. Enterprise gets custom limits, and agencies add capacity by adding active clients. Prefer blocks the action and shows an upgrade prompt. There is no overage billing and no surprise charge, so you cannot spend more than your plan by accident. Archiving a prompt frees its slot from the next run. Prefer gives each active agency client a full Growth-level workspace with 150 tracked prompts and all five engines.
