# How much does Prefer Managed cost?

> Prefer Managed costs $2,500 a month, flat, with the platform, a strategist and the content and link work inside the fee. Paid media is optional.

Prefer Managed costs \$2,500 a month, flat, with a 90-day initial term and then month to month. Prefer's fee covers the platform, a named strategist, articles, technical SEO, backlinks, community answers and reporting. The only separately billed item is optional paid media you approve first. There is no setup fee.

## One flat fee, and what sits inside it

Prefer Managed is the done-for-you version of Prefer: a team runs your AI search program and the platform comes with it. **Prefer Managed costs \$2,500 a month, flat, and that fee covers the platform, the people and every listed deliverable.** There is no setup fee and no bundle to decode.

What the monthly fee includes, per the Prefer Managed page:

You keep every asset produced, even if you leave.

## Extras: media budget and one-time add-ons

Optional paid media or placements are the only separately billed item, typically \$1,000 to \$3,000 a month, always pre-approved. Beyond that, Prefer Managed lists fixed-price, fixed-scope add-ons you can buy alongside the program or on their own:

## The term and the guarantee

**Prefer Managed starts with a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month with no auto-renewal and no lock-in.** The 90 days match the guarantee window: Prefer commits to a measurable lift in your AI-citation visibility on your own tracked prompts, against a day-zero baseline, within 90 days. If the lift is not there, the management fee stops and the work continues until it is. Prefer never promises a specific ranking or a #1 spot in ChatGPT.
