The units
- Prompt: a specific query monitored across every enabled engine. Example: “best CRM for small teams”.
- Topic: a category cluster that groups related prompts. Example: “CRM comparison”.
- Persona: the buyer profile a prompt represents. Prefer applies persona weights when rolling up results by segment.
- Region: the geography a prompt is sent from. Every plan can track any of 197 countries. Each prompt x country combination uses one prompt slot, so the same prompt tracked in three countries uses three slots; engines never multiply the count. Enterprise prompt allowances are custom.
- View: a saved grouping of prompts you assemble yourself. Useful for reporting on a campaign, a persona, or a product line.
- Tag: an ad-hoc label you can apply to any prompt and filter on later.
How prompts are created
1
Generated during onboarding
The onboarding wizard produces topics and roughly 30 prompts from your domain, category, and market. You review, rename, and enable them before launching.
2
Curated library
In Monitor > Prompts, click Add prompts to browse the curated library grouped by topic and intent, then select the ones you want.
3
AI assistant
The right pane of the Add prompts view is an AI assistant. Describe the buyer question you want to cover and it drafts prompt suggestions you can accept.
4
Manual entry
You can also paste in your own prompts one at a time or as a bulk list.
Swap freely, keep the history
You can enable, disable, or archive any prompt at any time. Historical results for archived prompts remain readable so you never lose a trend line, and reactivating a prompt resumes tracking on the next run.Related
