Yes, on Growth and above. Prefer exports dashboards, reports and raw metrics as CSV or PDF once you switch Data export on under Settings, then Integrations. Growth and above also include API access, Enterprise adds warehouse sync, and Starter does not include export. Last updated 3 October 2026 Yes. Prefer lets you export your data from the Growth plan up. Prefer’s export covers 3 things: dashboards, reports and raw metrics, in CSV or PDF. For teams that need data to flow into other systems without a file in between, the higher tiers add an API and warehouse sync.

What you can export, by plan

Prefer includes CSV and PDF export on Growth, Scale and Enterprise; Starter does not include it. The Prefer FAQ puts it the same way: Growth and Scale support export from the dashboard, and Enterprise adds warehouse sync for custom reporting and BI tools.

How to turn export on

  1. Open Settings, then Integrations, in your Prefer workspace.
  2. Find the Data export card.
  3. Toggle Data export on.
  4. Export from the dashboard or report you need.
The docs suggest using it whenever you need to share results outside Prefer or build a custom report.

Choosing CSV, PDF, API or a warehouse

Pick the export route by who reads the data next: a person reads a PDF, a spreadsheet reads a CSV, and a system reads the API or a warehouse.
  • PDF: a monthly summary for a manager, a board update or a client report.
  • CSV: a pivot in a spreadsheet, a custom chart, or a check against your own numbers.
  • API (Growth and above): an internal dashboard that refreshes from code.
  • Warehouse sync (Enterprise): AI visibility joined with pipeline, revenue and web analytics in a BI tool.
Agencies have one more option. The agency base includes white-label reports, and each active client runs in a Growth-level workspace, so export is there for every client.

A habit worth keeping

Each plan keeps history for a set window: 24 months on Growth and 36 months on Scale. Export the 4 or 5 numbers you report on every 3 months, such as Visibility Score, Share of Voice, Citation Share and Sentiment per engine, so a year-over-year comparison never depends on the live window. A simple routine:
  • Export a CSV at the end of each quarter, so 12 months of numbers sit in 4 files.
  • Check that the totals match the Overview the first time you set this up.
  • Compare each engine’s Share of Voice across the 4 files before a 30-minute review.

Frequently asked questions

No. Prefer’s /pricing comparison lists Data export as not included on Starter. It starts on Growth. On Starter you can still read every answer and metric in the app, and share the free audit report by link.
Prefer exports to CSV and PDF. CSV suits spreadsheets and your own analysis; PDF suits a report you send to a manager or a client. For a direct feed into code or a warehouse, Prefer uses the API (Growth and above) and warehouse sync (Enterprise) instead of files.
Yes. Prefer’s agency base includes white-label reports, and each active client gets a Growth-level workspace, which includes data export. That gives an agency both a branded report and the raw numbers behind it.
